the toolsmith
You notice problems and build durable solutions for them, constantly. You're a proper geek, like, read 2600/phrack/hacker news in your spare time. Know what a byte is, but actually. You think most software engineers don't actually know how a computer works, cause they don't. You naturally think in invariants, and can exlain why they are there. You can parse value from hype in a second, are comfortable thinking through complex systems, know that you can get a lot done with AI, and you're not above that, but you also know when it might be time to write something by hand.

the data-ist
You built an S3 pipeline when you were 13. Trino, MinIO, S3, clusters. You can manage it all, and ALSO design queries for it all. All those words paint vivid pictures. Comfortable working with petabytes and building analysis systems on top of those bytes?
